Repair & Change Management. The goal of these services

The information captured during the
monitoring of your managed devices is collected by our
“Bedrock” Monitoring and Response System. Bedrock is the
primary platform utilized for our Managed service. It
not only conducts the monitoring polls, and collects and
stores the polled information but it also provides our
customers a robust reporting interface via a secure
web-based portal.

device to include CPU Utilization, Memory
Utilization, Response Time, Packet Loss

Top 10 Performance Reports: Outlines
the Top 10 sites, devices or interface across a
range of performance statistics (CPU utilization,
Traffic, Response Time, Packet Loss, etc.)

Report Generator: Point-and-click
interface that arms customers with the flexibility
to report on virtually any performance statistic
(e.g. Response Time, Utilization, etc.) at any level
(e.g. Node, Device, etc.) over any time period.

Automated Alert Notification: If any
managed device, port or interface is not available
an alert will be automatically generated.
Additionally, if predefined performance thresholds
are violated (i.e. CPU utilization exceeds 90% for
two consecutive polling sessions) an alert will be
automatically generated.

Event Tracking: Network behavior is
not just about up/down, there are events occurring
all the time and Bedrock records them all presenting
them in an easy to monitor format.

Configuration Management & Change:
Our service provides an off site backup of all the
devices we monitor.
The Qoncert’s Bedrock monitoring
platform utilizes the latest most secure versions of the
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to continually
poll all devices to determine if they are available and
operating within pre- defined performance thresholds.
Device reporting and real-time dashboard information is
accessible to our Managed service customers via a secure
web portal. Additionally, if during polling a device is
unavailable or has crossed a performance threshold,
Bedrock will generate an automated notification to the
customer’s designated contact. Qoncert believes this
service is a product any customer can benefit from, it
provides real value and allows your staff to focus on
the core business allowing our staff to support them!
Bedrock is much more than just
monitoring and alerts, when coupled with Qoncert's
Pre-paid hours or Guaranteed Services Contract, alerts
will automatically generate Qoncert Help Desk Tickets
where a Qoncert engineer will promptly (depending on
your SLA) resolve the problem requiring no work for your
IT staff.

Qoncert's Pre-Paid Hour Plan
Qoncert's Pre-Paid Hour Plan allows
organizations to purchase hours of support at a
discounted rate while also ensuring a timely response to
reported issues. In addition, all Pre-Paid hour
customers can enter trouble tickets directly through our
Support portal based on the award winning Parature Help
Desk system. The Qoncert Support System will also
support trouble tickets via email.

For customers that must have a response
within minutes and a resolution quickly, Qoncert offers
the "Guaranteed" Support option which allows users to
receive an immediate response guaranteed! These
contracts require a minimum commitment of one year and
include either 8 or 16 hours or engineering per month.
