Qoncert Announces Hosted Business Voice over IP Product Line

Lou Rossi, President and CEO of Qoncert announced on February 15th that Qoncert will now be offering a complete line of hosted Voice over IP product lines utilizing a new start of the art Data Center in Inland Fiber and Data's facility in Winter Haven, Florida. With Qoncert's long history and experience with Unified Communications, Cisco's new Unified Communications 8.0 Platforms, Cisco's Data Center 3.0 Initiative, and Inland Fiber's recently completed robust technology center Qoncert feels they offer the strongest Hosted Voice over IP solution in the country.

Tampa, FL - February 15th, 2010 -- Qoncert, a Cisco Gold Partner, has announced they will be offering a full line of Hosted Voice over IP Products, as announced by their President and CEO, Lou Rossi.  Since Qoncert was spun off of CCPrep.com, a Cisco Learning Partner and Qoncert's sister company, in 2003 they have offered the full line of Cisco Voice over IP Products.  Qoncert has always run internally on Cisco's Unified Communications Suite of applications from Communications Manager 4 to 6.  With Qoncert's new partnership with Inland Fiber and Data and the new state of the art facility in Winter Haven it made sense to join the cloud service frenzy.  Currently there are many hosted VoIP providers for the Small Business Market, yet Qoncert's solution is primarily targeted at customers with a minimum of 100 handsets breaking from other providers models.

Qoncert's implementation calls for completely redundant configurations at both their home offices in Tampa and Inland Fiber's facility in Winter Haven yielding a system resilient to almost any failure.  In addition, by partnering with the Florida Business Continuity Center, located in the Winter Haven facility, Qoncert is now able to offer compelling business continuity options.
